Allegiance Staffing is looking for Warehouse Associates in the Durham, NC area starting immediately!!

Duties:

1. Undergo training as part of the onboarding program, including card recognition.
2. Follow safety protocols and procedures, capable of halting machinery during emergencies.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization around the assembly line.
4. Inspect finished products for quality, material correctness, and visual defects.
5. Package products as per job jacket instructions.
6. Label and load finished products onto pallets for transportation.
7. Assist in addressing basic mechanical issues.
8. Report non-conforming materials or maintenance needs to operators and supervision.
9. Adhere to quality standards, procedures, and company recycling program.
10. Follow established safety and housekeeping procedures
11. Comply with company policies, security protocols, ISO requirements, and standard operating procedures.
12. May perform tasks outside regular responsibilities as required.

Skills:

1. Ability to comprehend and apply written and verbal instructions effectively.
2. Clear oral and written communication skills.
3. Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4. Team-player mentality, able to collaborate effectively.
5. Proficiency in simple mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
6. Physical capability to push, pull, lift, or carry weights up to 60 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
7. Endurance to stand for extended periods in alignment with scheduled shifts.
