Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, connection-obsessed, and systems-minded Social Media & Content Intern to join our unified growth marketing pod under a 3-6 month remote internship framework based across India. Aspora’s brand architecture is engineered around one of the most culturally specific, sophisticated audiences in global fintech: the non-resident Indian (NRI) diaspora. Shifting completely away from routine internal practice tasks, automatic scheduling scripts, or passive monitoring, you will run an active audience engagement, short-form narrative production, and channel data analytics laboratory—partnering face-to-face with core growth marketers, product designers, and brand managers. This position requires a creative platform enthusiast completing or holding a relevant degree who scripts clear, witty editorial blocks fluidly natively using Social Media Manager strategies, evaluates audience data dashboards cleanly to capture actionable trend loops, and commands live public content distribution pipelines confidently to capture customer attention inside competitive feeds.

Key Responsibilities

• Short-Form Asset Scripting: Author high-retention captions, conversational carousel copy, and engaging short-form video scripts for Reels and YouTube Shorts, transforming intricate financial concepts into share-worthy assets.
• Social Infrastructure Management: Own and orchestrate the monthly social deployment calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring optimized asset distribution timing natively utilizing Social Media Manager guidelines.
• Community Experience Engineering: Manage organic incoming comments, direct message tunnels, and user interactions across platforms, executing strategic brand responses and flagging escalating product trends.
• Diaspora Trend Tracking: Monitor real-time cultural moments, cross-border financial trends, and digital conversations impacting the NRI community to build actionable brand insertion frameworks.
• Insight Telemetry Analysis: Track weekly profile metrics and audience demographic dashboards, translating performance logs into structural content strategy adjustments rather than flat data reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an academic degree track in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Media Relations, or an adjacent creative field.
• Exceptional editorial precision with a proven capacity to write clean, concise, and witty copy that drives consumer saves and profile shares.
• Strong structural familiarity natively utilizing Social Media Manager techniques across primary networks including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Demonstrated quantitative curiosity capable of reading backend analytical dashboards and extracting tactical conclusions from engagement statistics.
• Genuinely interested in global personal finance, cross-border banking mechanisms, or modern Indian cultural trends abroad.
• Location Context: Position is open to qualified individuals resident anywhere in India to execute an autonomous full-time work-from-home remote track.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience utilizing digital media publishing packages or basic editing interfaces including Canva, CapCut, or Adobe creative tools.
