Key Responsibilities:
Lead optimization and performance improvement of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors.
Provide technical consultancy and engineering support for maintenance, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
Review equipment design, specifications, and maintenance strategies to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment performance issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement initiatives.
Support commissioning, inspection, and maintenance planning for rotating machinery.
