Responsible for the general upkeep, maintenance, cleaning of interior and exterior building. Keep all areas free of debris. Report damage, suspicious activities and unsafe conditions within the building. Use of cleaning and sanitation products according to appropriate standards. Duties can include: trash pick up, dusting, leaf blowing, power washing, glass cleaning, sanitizing, polishing and all other tasks assigned.
Candidates must be able to communicate in a professional manner. Requires the ability to work organized and within a team environment. Applicants must be 18 years of age or above.
