Position Objective

Restaurant Leaders in our fast casual concepts are responsible for driving daily execution, team performance, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment. While responsibilities scale by role level, all leaders are expected to lead from the front, maintain operational consistency, and develop strong teams.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, people-first leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, develops strong leadership teams, and treats their restaurant like their own business.

Position Accountabilities

Managers are directly accountable for achieving results in these core areas:

  • Guest Experience – Deliver friendly, efficient, and consistent service
  • People & Culture – Hire, train, and retain strong hourly and leadership teams
  • Operations Excellence – Ensure strong FOH and BOH execution, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Financial Performance – Manage or support labor, controllable costs, and revenue performance.
  • Compliance – Maintain adherence to company standards, food safety, health department standards, and California labor laws.
Key Responsibilities (in addition to Position Accountabilities)
  • Lead with presence and professionalism on the floor
  • Maintain elevated service, food, and cleanliness standards
  • Hire, train, and develop managers and hourly team members
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and administrative duties
  • Review performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and compliance matters
Experience
  • Leadership experience in fast-casual, QSR, or high-volume restaurants
  • Strong understanding of hospitality-driven service models
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex service periods
  • Working knowledge of labor management, food safety, and compliance
  • Proven ability to coach and develop leaders

  • Food safety and RBS certification are required
