Whether you're newly licensed or experienced, you’ll get direct broker access, hands-on support, and the flexibility to build your business your way.

What You Get:

• High commission splits (70%–90%+).
• Direct access to the broker for contracts, negotiations, and deal support.

Income Potential:

• $75,000 – $250,000+ annually
• Top agents earning $300,000+

• Licensed or soon-to-be licensed real estate agents (MA, RI, CT, NH, ME).
• Self-motivated individuals ready to grow their business.
• Strong communication and client-first mindset.
