Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced AI & Cloud Lead Engineer / Full Stack Development Engineer (FDE) to support a high-impact enterprise project. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering and cloud expertise, along with hands-on experience using enterprise AI tools to improve development productivity and delivery quality.
Required SkillsStrong experience in Full Stack Development and Cloud Engineering
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot
Experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot
Working knowledge of Enterprise GenAI platforms
AI-assisted coding and software development
Experience leveraging AI for documentation, code generation, data analysis, and decision-making
Strong software design, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Daily hands-on use of enterprise-approved AI tools
Experience using GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot in software development
Ability to integrate GenAI into coding, documentation, and productivity workflows
Strong understanding of AI-assisted software engineering best practices
Willingness to continuously learn and adopt evolving AI capabilities
Must be currently onshore in the United States
Must be able to work onsite in Minneapolis, MN
Strong hands-on development experience
Experience using AI tools in day-to-day engineering work is mandatory
