Key Responsibilities - Develop, program, and debug PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) logic for new and existing automated manufacturing equipment.
- Design and configure HMI (Human-Machine Interface) applications for machine control and data visualization.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues related to industrial control systems and automation software.
- Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning of automated machinery and production lines.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for PLC programs, electrical schematics, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to optimize machine performance and reliability.
- Implement and ensure adherence to safety standards and industry best practices in all programming and control system modifications.
Recommended Qualifications - Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Minimum X years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial automation environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for automated control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
Bonus Qualifications - Experience with industrial robotics programming (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
- Proficiency in industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Experience integrating PLCs with databases or MES systems.
- Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity best practices.
