Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Medical Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cardiology/primary care practice. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient clinic operations, support clinical staff, enhance patient satisfaction, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the medical practice and ensure smooth workflow. Manage administrative and clinical support staff, including scheduling and performance management. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards. Coordinate with physicians and clinical teams to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency. Supervise patient scheduling, billing processes, and revenue cycle management. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Monitor budgets, expenses, and practice performance metrics. Address patient concerns and improve overall patient experience. Maintain relationships with vendors, insurers, and healthcare partners. Qualifications Previous experience in medical practice management or healthcare administration. Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes. Experience managing healthcare staff and clinical operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA. Preferred Qualifications Experience in cardiology or specialty medical practices. Familiarity with ( EMR) systems. Strong financial and operational management skills.
