As we prepare for Federally Qualified Health Center Look‑Alike (FQHC‑LAL) status, we are strengthening our clinical operations to support growth, compliance, and high‑quality patient care. Position Summary The Medical Practice Manager provides leadership and oversight of daily clinical operations, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional patient experience. This role is critical in positioning AID Upstate for FQHC‑LAL readiness and long‑term sustainability.
