Job Description:
Contentizer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to join our Austin team. In this role, you will support project planning, coordination, and execution across logistics and operations, ensuring timelines, resources, and client expectations are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily project activities
* Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project alignment
* Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
* Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records
* Support logistics coordination including scheduling, routing, and resource allocation
* Identify and escalate project issues or delays to management
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
* Team player with a proactive attitude
