Job Description

Salary: $102,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related discipline, plus 8 years of experience in software development or a comparable field; equivalent professional experience may replace the degree requirement.
• We need at least 6 years of experience on projects involving software development life cycle implementation.
• We require a minimum of 4 years in a technical leadership capacity, with or without direct reports.
• We need at least 6 years of experience building and/or implementing web-based applications.
• We require at least 4 years of experience working with cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• We need at least 4 years of experience with web application frameworks and related technologies such as Angular, HTML5, CSS, and GraphQL.

• We lead the development of internet applications and software tools.
• We partner with product teams to define and refine the product vision.
• We oversee the design, architecture, development, testing, and support of end-to-end member-facing applications and systems.
• We build cloud, content management system, and traditional integration solutions across multiple platforms.
• We act as a lead expert in researching and resolving technical issues.
• We recommend appropriate actions and adjustments for critical or escalated issues.
• We ensure our work processes and deliverables meet IT security and development standards.
• We drive multiple workstreams by assessing customer and operational needs, shaping procedures and policies, securing cross-functional alignment, translating strategy into requirements, coordinating resources, setting standards, tracking progress, removing blockers, guiding performance, planning contingencies, solving complex problems, and influencing task completion through others.
