Job Description

The Fleet & Operations Support Technician is responsible for supporting shipping and receiving, daily fleet readiness, warehouse operations, and field equipment maintenance. This role ensures trucks, equipment, and supplies are prepared, inspected, and stocked for operational trips while maintaining warehouse inventory and assisting with shop and site support activities. The position also provides support to manufacturing and shipping during slower operational periods.

Fleet & Vehicle Support
· Ensure trucks are cleaned , stocked and prepared before leaving for scheduled trips.
· Assign trucks for operational trips based on availability and readiness.
· Transport trucks to and from repair shops as needed.
· Assist with minor glass repairs (less than 0.25 inches).
· Perform tri‑chain inspections and other basic vehicle readiness checks.

Equipment & Field Gear Maintenance
· Maintain, calibrate and stock testing equipment.
·  Inspect, repair, and patch boats as needed.
· Conduct hoist and winch inspections to ensure safe operation.
· Maintain first aid kits and safety supplies including bandages and other materials.

Warehouse & Inventory Support
· Maintain grab‑and‑go shelf inventory in the warehouse.
· Stock and organize totes, job boxes, and operational supplies.
· Assist with truck offloading and material handling.
· Ensure equipment and materials are properly stored and ready for field teams.

Operations & Facility Support
· Provide miscellaneous shop assistance as needed.
· Assist with general site support tasks to maintain operational efficiency including snow removal and miscellaneous site maintenance or cleaning. 

Job requirements 
·Must be able to move around warehouse in a safe manner including being aware of potnetial hazards, ability to read and write in English 
·Ability to drive vehicles without restriction, including forklift and trucks with trailers (training available)
·Able to lift boxes and materials up to 75 lb regularly
·Basic computer skills including email and internet navigation 

Full Time Position M-F daytime hours 
Employee medical, disability and life benefits paid by the company 100%. 
$21-23.50/hr base pay
