Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm; Rotating Saturday 8:45am - 12:00pm

What youll do:

• Build genuine lasting relationships with members and become their trusted financial resource

• Originate and close consumer loans credit cards auto and personal from application to funding

• Open and manage accounts: checking savings IRAs HSAs and certificates

• Recommend products that fit what members need; no hollow upsells just real solutions

• Guide members through mobile and online banking questions (yes youre the tech-savvy one)

• Show up at community events and help grow Mutual 1sts presence across Omaha

• Compete to hit and beat your goals and celebrate when your team does the same

Prior experience in banking financial services or a sales-driven customer service role is a strong plus. More than anything we want people who build trust fast follow through on commitments and hold themselves to a higher standard every day.
