Job Description:
5+ years of professional Product UX Design experience (Senior IC level). Must be hands-on; this is an individual contributor design role, not a lead or strategy role.
Figma. AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
Experience working within an established design system Usability testing. A/B testing. Portfolio must be included with the submission.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with ATS, recruiting, HR technology, or developer/API-facing products Experience designing for two-sided marketplace platforms (e.g., job seeker/employer marketplaces). Experience applying accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive design principles.
