The Trade Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to department heads of C-U Trade Services. This position reports directly to Trades Office Manager. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Receive all incoming trade services calls.
2. Schedule all incoming service for C-U Plumbing, C-U HVAC and C-U Electric.
3. Provide back up support to phones and scheduling.
4. Register all new HVAC equipment for warranty.
5. Maintain orderly equipment warranty registration, SPIFF and home protection service agreement files.
6. Registers Ameren Allied (incentive program).
7. Responsible for submitting all trade permit applications.
8. Responsible for Julie Dig requests for trades.
9. Schedule inspections as needed.
10. Google calendar trades.
11. Receive customer work order emails and schedule.
12. Enters contracts into Field Edge.
13. Reviews all invoices for finalization.
14. Maintains service agreement in Field Edge
