About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Temu Store Manager who knows the platform inside and out. This role requires someone who can independently manage our Temu storefront, from product listings and inventory management to order processing and performance optimization. We are specifically looking for an A-player: someone who requires no hand-holding, brings proven expertise, and can hit the ground running from day one.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full operation of our Temu store, including product listings, pricing, and catalog management
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
• Utilize the 4Seller ERP system for order management, inventory syncing, and operational workflows
• Optimize product listings for visibility, conversion, and competitiveness on the Temu marketplace
• Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and rankings
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and compliance with Temu's seller policies
• Stay updated on Temu platform changes, policies, and best practices

Requirements

• Demonstrated, in-depth experience managing a store on Temu (must know the platform thoroughly)
• Proven ability to list products, manage inventory, and handle day-to-day store operations independently
• Experience with 4Seller ERP (strongly preferred) or similar e-commerce ERP/management systems
• Self-sufficient and autonomous: able to manage the store without supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive communication
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Nice to Have

• Experience managing stores on multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, AliExpress, etc.)
• Background in dropshipping, wholesale, or cross-border e-commerce
• Data analysis skills for performance optimization
• Familiarity with other ERP or multi-channel listing tools

Benefits

• Pay: $5–$9 per hour (commensurate with experience)
