Position Overview

Wynn Achievements is looking for a driven, competitive, and sports-minded Sales Representative to join our growing team in Sacramento. In this role, you’ll focus on developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and representing our brand with confidence and professionalism. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and collaborate with a high-energy sales team committed to growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
• Represent Wynn Achievements at industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitor activity
• Accurately track sales activity and maintain detailed reports

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $17–$23 per hour , paid weekly
• On-target earnings of $51,000–$61,000 annually
