Benefits * Medical * Dental * Vision * 401K * Paid Training * Paid Time Off * Discounts on Products and Services Responsibilities * Greet customers in friendly and professional manner as they enter service department. * Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; record amount received. * Compute customer bills, make change and issue receipts to customers; reconcile cash drawer daily. * Provides refunds or credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise or as directed by managers. * Work with department managers to stay on top of new products and services offered, their features and value, and any changes in price. * Answer customer questions about service performed or products purchased or refer them to someone who can. * Handle customer complaints with integrity and patience and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
