A leading, full-service law firm with a strong Midwest presence is seeking a Health Law-experienced Senior Associate or Counsel with medical malpractice experience to join its Kansas City office. Key Responsibilities
* Represent healthcare providers, systems, and related entities in medical malpractice litigation
* Advise clients on a broad range of health law and regulatory matters
* Manage complex cases with increasing responsibility and autonomy
* Collaborate closely with partners and cross-practice teams
* Contribute to client development efforts and long-term practice growth
Qualifications
* JD from an accredited law school
* 7+ years of experience (or equivalent) in health law and medical malpractice
* Active Missouri license (or ability to obtain promptly); Kansas licensure a plus
* Strong litigation, writing, and analytical skills
* Proven ability to manage cases and client relationships independently
* Interest in being part of a forward-thinking, collaborative firm culture
