We are looking for a Scrum Master to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across multiple teams. This role is responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, enabling effective PI Planning, and helping teams continuously improve delivery outcomes. The position is hybrid, with onsite collaboration in Columbus, Ohio.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple scrum teams, ensuring consistent Agile practices
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Lead and support PI Planning activities and program-level coordination
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement
• Partner with Product Owners, Developers, and leadership to remove impediments
• Track team progress, risks, and dependencies across workstreams
• Promote transparency through Agile metrics, dashboards, and reporting
• Support alignment between teams, stakeholders, and program leadership
• Drive adoption of Agile best practices and scaling frameworks as appropriate

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience functioning as a Scrum Master
• Proven experience supporting multiple scrum teams simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with PI Planning and program-level Agile coordination
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks
• Ability to coach and influence teams without direct authority
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Experience working in hybrid or enterprise Agile environments
