Job Description

A professional opportunity is available for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) or Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to provide 1:1 care in a school setting in Manchester, NH. This contract position requires full-time availability to support students with diverse medical and personal care needs throughout the school day, including accompanying some students on bus rides.


Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized 1:1 care to students with varying caseloads
• Assist with medical care tasks such as tracheostomy (Trach) management, G-tube feeding, ventilator support, seizure monitoring, and diabetic care as appropriate
• Support toileting and personal hygiene needs
• Aid students with academic assistance and classroom support when needed
• Provide safe supervision during bus rides for students requiring 1:1 support

Qualifications/Experience:

• Active LNA license is required
• Experience working with medically complex children in a school or healthcare setting preferred
• Comfort and willingness to assist with medical procedures including Trach, G-tube, Vent, and seizure care
• Ability to support behavioral and academic needs during the school day
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to student care
• Flexibility to work full-time hours in a school environment

• Manchester, New Hampshire (school-based setting)
