D1 Spring Hill is seeking a highly motivated and creative
Sales Recruiter / Social Media Manager to drive lead generation, build brand awareness, and recruit new clients through strategic outreach and digital content. This role blends
sales, recruiting, and marketing , making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Must be a self-motivated, team oriented person with a passion for sports/fitness. Sales and social media experience are preferrable, but not mandatory. This opening is parttime, approx. 30-40 hours per week. Must be able to work mornings and evenings, as well as weekends.
Who We Are D1 Training is the place for an athlete. A training brand founded by athletes, for athletes, and supported by professional athletes. We are an athletic-based training facility, focused on building a community of Athletes who can train and reach their goals together. With the backing of professional athletes such as Tim Tebow, Peyton Manning, Jason Witten, Chris Paul and Chipper Jones. Our primary goal is to provide a training experience like that of a Division 1 athletic performance program. D1 has coached 1000's of athletes and teams to reach their goals at all levels with over 160 sites nationwide.
Experiences We Deliver D1 Training delivers experiences including Group, Personal (D1on1), Small Group (D1 Overtime), and Team Training.
Our Coaches Our Coaches provide an elite-level training experience, typically only available to world-class collegiate and professional athletes. Our 5-Star Training System utilizes science-backed training and programming to develop high-level speed, agility, strength, and conditioning.

Qualifications and Experience: - Must be resilient and not allow emotions to impact their sales ability & energy.
- Must be selfless and willing to set appointments for other sales staff for the greater good of the organization.
- Must be a high-energy person who shows up consistent every single day.
- Must be a self-starter who is willing to outwork other sales people in the market.
- Must be curious and ask questions.
- Must genuinely care about prospects and feel comfortable leading them to make the right decision about their health and wellness.
- Must not be afraid to pick up the phone and make phone calls all-day to fresh leads who have not yet been to the D1 facility.
- Must have conviction and belief in the services he/she is selling to the prospect.
- Must be a coachable person who is ready to show up at their best week in and week out.
- Must be relentless.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, tools, and analytics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour

What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.
