Job Description

We are actively seeking a Commercial Concrete Estimator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-rise megastructure projects . This is a hybrid role requiring approximately 25% in-person presence . The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management or a related field

Minimum of 4 years of experience estimating structural concrete for new construction shell projects

Must have a proven track record of ground-up commercial concrete estimating and bidding

Experience with multifamily apartments or condominiums is highly preferred

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes
