Are you a friendly and organized individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service? We are seeking Event Registration Staff in San Francisco, CA. As a vital part of our team, you will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for event attendees by assisting with check-in procedures and scanning badges.
salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome event attendees with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Efficiently check-in guests, scan and verify badges, and distribute event materials as required.
- Provide accurate event information and address attendee inquiries.
- Monitor event space throughout the event
- Collaborate with other event staff to address any guest concerns or issues promptly.
- Adhere to event policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Requirements: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable attitude, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing guest information.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Previous experience in event services, customer service, or hospitality is a preferred.
