Real Estate Agent – Boca Raton, FL | Up to 90% Commission | No Cap.

Build your real estate business in one of South Florida’s highest-value markets while keeping more of your commission.

HFM Realty is seeking motivated real estate agents to work in Boca Raton and surrounding Palm Beach County areas.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage buyer and seller leads.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• List and market residential properties.
• Negotiate contracts and guide clients through transactions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of clients and referrals.
• Stay current on local market trends and pricing.
• Provide excellent client service from first contact through closing.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Real Estate License (required).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Basic knowledge of the Boca Raton / Palm Beach County market (preferred).
• New agents welcome; training support available.

Compensation & Structure:

• Up to 90% commission splits.

Work throughout:

• $75,000 – $250,000+ annually.
• Top performers: $300,000+.
