Job Description

Project Manager - Light Industrial

This position requires managing commercial construction projects from award through closeout, overseeing schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and vendor negotiations to ensure smooth execution and strong project performance. It also involves maintaining quality and safety standards while coordinating onsite activities and leading all phases of construction across a diverse portfolio of industrial and commercial build.

Manage all phases of light industrial construction projects from inception to completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.

Ensure project compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Monitor project progress and address any potential delays or issues promptly.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

Oversee quality control to meet project specifications and client expectations.

Prepare and submit necessary project documentation and reports.
