salary: $24 - $24.01 per hour

work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of a client’s project by running the internal flow and follow up with minimal oversight.
- Participate in assigned project and special tasks as assigned by management within a set timeframe.
- Break work down into process steps, plans, anticipate for challenges, and identify solutions
- Participate in and deliver presentations related to own professional/technical and business area.
- Communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues as appropriate in a timely manner.
- Develop an effective working relationship with each team member and internal departments. Value and leverage diverse perspectives.
- Share information, knowledge, and experience within the team and across team boundaries.
- Support and contribute to the client-centric culture, taking responsibility for client satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrates ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with proficiency.
- Candidates must be flexible to work outside normal hours and be available for overtime during high-volume periods.
The essential functions of this role include:
