Precision Machine Parts Polisher Technician

Chester County, PA

Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $22.00

1st Shift 7:00AM-3:30PM 2nd Shift 3:00PM -11:30PM 3rd Shift 11:00PM-7:30AM

Weekend Shift: 3- 12 hour shifts (Works 36 hours, paid for 40 hours)

Responsibilities:

• Performs precision finishing and polishing of components
  
• Responsible for assembling multi-component parts, maintaining high quality standards
  
• Support production flow in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment
  

Must Have Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
  
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production environment
  
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  
• Good hand eye coordination and visual acuity
  
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
  
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in precision manufacturing or machine shop environments
  
• Technical training or certification in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
  
• Familiarity with clean room assembly or packaging procedures
