Idaho Opportunity: Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney (Personal Injury)
Role: Associate Attorney (Pre-Litigation) Location: Idaho Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Quarterly Bonuses

The Role
This position is situated within the Pre-Litigation Department. You will manage a diverse portfolio of cases-ranging from motor vehicle and trucking accidents to wrongful death and facility negligence-guiding them from initial intake through successful settlement.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive case evaluations and strategic legal research.
* Direct all phases of pre-litigation, including drafting demand packages and managing medical evidence.
* Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to secure maximum recovery for clients.
* Litigate smaller matters independently to sharpen your courtroom skills.
* Maintain empathetic, consistent communication with a dedicated client base.
Requirements
* Licensure: Active license to practice law in Idaho.
* Experience: 1-3 years of personal injury experience (pre-litigation focus preferred).
* Skills: Strong negotiation instincts and the ability to manage a busy caseload with high attention to detail.
* Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (DOE).
