Powder Coater Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 04:00pm to 02:30am )

• Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and staging materials.
• Apply powder coat finishes using electrostatic spray equipment.
• Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality.
• Load and unload parts from paint lines, racks, and curing ovens.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain powder coating equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with material handling and movement of parts throughout the production process.
• Identify and communicate equipment, quality, or production issues to supervisors.
• Support other manufacturing operations as needed.

Powder Coater Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous powder coating, industrial painting, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.
