Powder Coat Painter to join our production team. In this role, you will prepare, apply, and inspect powder coat finishes on metal components to ensure high-quality, durable results that meet customer specifications. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in craftsmanship while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Compensation & Schedule Pay Range: $20.00-28.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)
$1,000 Hiring Bonus paid over your first year of employment
First Shift
- Monday – Thursday
- 6:00Am-4:30PM
- 4-Day Work Week
Second Shift
- Monday – Thursday
- 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
- 4-Day Work Week
- Additional $3.00/hour shift differential
Weekend Shift
- Friday-Sunday
- 6:00AM-6:30PM
- 3-Day Work Week- work 36 hours get paid for 40
- Additional $1.50/hour shift differential

Key Responsibilities - Prepare parts for coating, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and racking.
- Apply powder coating using manual and/or automated spray systems.
- Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality to meet specifications.
- Perform color changes and maintain proper powder inventory control.
- Operate curing ovens and verify proper cure times and temperatures.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and perform touch-ups as needed.
- Maintain powder coating equipment and work area in a clean, organized condition.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of materials.
Qualifications - Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of surface preparation and coating application techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and production documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift and move parts as required. (60 lbs.)
