Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
- Develop and configure HMI/SCADA applications for operator interface and data acquisition.
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of PLC-controlled equipment and processes.
- Participate in the commissioning, startup, and validation of new machinery and production lines.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, electrical schematics, and control systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to optimize control processes and resolve issues.
- Ensure all programming adheres to industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
Recommended Qualifications - Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, test, and commission automated control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial machinery and control system issues.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial automation environment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
Bonus Qualifications - Experience with HMI/SCADA design and development.
- Proficiency in integrating PLCs with robotic systems.
- Familiarity with industrial data acquisition and database integration (e.g., SQL).
- Experience with industrial vision systems.
