What You'll Do:  

  • Assist physical therapists in providing therapy treatments and procedures
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities and daily living activities
  • Monitor patient progress and report changes to the physical therapist 
  • Provide support and encouragement during therapy activities
  • Document treatments and patient responses accurately and timely in accordance with state and facility guidelines 
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to provide quality, patient-centered care 


What You'll Need:  

  • Current and active Physical Therapy Assistant in New Jersey (required)
  • Previous related experience preferred but not required  
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
