Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an adventurous and patient-focused Physical Therapist for a Travel Contract with Alaskan Adventure Bonus! In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services across diverse healthcare settings in Alaska, such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health environments. You will evaluate patients of varying ages and diagnoses, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and utilize appropriate modalities to restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote optimal long-term outcomes. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safe mobility techniques, and strategies for injury prevention, while documenting care thoroughly and accurately in the electronic medical record to meet regulatory, payer, and facility standards.
