Baptist Health is currently looking to add a Registered IV Admix Pharmacy Technician to our team at Baptist Medical Center Beaches, which is located in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This is a PRN opportunity working various shifts. This IV technician will be responsible for filling our Omnicell automated dispensing cabinet, delivering medications to different floors, and packaging medications in the central pharmacy. This pharmacy technician will also be spending 3-4 hours in the IV room making sterile compounds. At Baptist Beaches, our IV techs play a crucial role in the preparation and delivery of sterile medications administered via IV to patients. IV techs work closely with pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure safe and timely medication therapy—often for critical care, surgery, oncology, or intensive care patients.
