Children’s Therapy Network (CTN) is hiring a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing therapy team in Ventura County, California . This position is ideal for both licensed SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) seeking a supportive, collaborative environment focused on helping children develop communication, language, and social skills.

Children’s Therapy Network (CTN) provides pediatric speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy services across Ventura County and surrounding California communities.
Our therapists work with children experiencing:
Speech and language delays
Articulation and phonological disorders
Autism spectrum disorders
Developmental delays
Social communication challenges
Feeding and oral motor difficulties
We provide therapy in clinic, home, and school-based environments , allowing therapists to build flexible schedules while delivering meaningful care.

As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist at CTN, you will:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans
Provide engaging evidence-based pediatric speech therapy
Support children with articulation, language development, and social communication
Educate and coach caregivers to support communication goals at home
Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and therapy aides
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic medical records
CTN therapists may provide services in:
Pediatric therapy clinics
In-home therapy settings
School-based therapy environments
