VitalCheck Wellness is hiring a Patient Check-In Coordinator to support corporate flu vaccination clinics in Midtown Manhattan on October 14, 2026 and November 10, 2026. Candidates may work one or both dates . If you have experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support, your skills fit this role. Healthcare experience is welcome but not required.
You do not need to be available for both dates. Please indicate whether you can work September 17, October 14, or both. Additional per diem clinic opportunities may be offered based on availability and business needs.
You will help employees move smoothly from arrival to their vaccination appointment while working alongside the nursing team.
This is a non-clinical position. No clinical license or medical background is required. You will not administer vaccines or perform medical procedures. Training and instructions will be provided before the clinic.
