Unscripted Therapy is a growing, trauma-informed group practice located in Springfield, NJ, founded on the belief that authentic connection and depth-oriented work can lead to meaningful healing. What We're Looking For:

We are seeking one part-time therapist who is either fully licensed or working toward licensure (LPC, LAC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD). This role is ideal for a clinician who values relational work, is comfortable working with clients with complex histories, and is interested in growing within a supportive group practice. We are seeking someone who is motivated, passionate, and collaborative to join our team.

Because many of our referrals involve sexual trauma, attachment wounds, relational challenges, and developmental experiences, we prioritize clinicians who work from a trauma-informed lens. Experience or strong interest in EMDR, IFS, somatic therapies, attachment-based work, or other depth-oriented approaches is strongly preferred. We are open to modalities that thoughtfully expand and diversify the practice while remaining aligned with our overall clinical philosophy.

● Pregnancy, Prenatal, and Postpartum

● ADD / ADHD

● Adoption and Family Blending

What We Can Offer:

Our clinicians earn a competitive per-session rate and maintain autonomy over their schedules and caseloads in this hybrid role. We use SimplePractice and manage administrative tasks so clinicians can focus on clinical work. This position is well-suited for therapists seeking meaningful, flexible part-time work within a warm, relational, and depth-oriented practice.
