# U.S.-Based Recruitment Partner (Part-Time)
**For Owners of HR Businesses, Recruitment Agencies, Staffing Firms, or HR/Recruitment Platforms**
**Location:** United States
**Engagement:** Part-time recruitment partnership
## About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional or headhunter who is based in the United States and owns and actively operates an established HR or recruitment business.
You will work directly with our team to source, assess, and recruit candidates across a range of roles. This opportunity is designed for a hands-on business owner who can personally manage recruitment assignments while drawing on their professional network, company resources, or platform capabilities.
## Mandatory Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet **both** of the following requirements:
**U.S. location:** You must currently reside and work in the United States. Applicants based outside the U.S. are not eligible.
**Active business ownership:** You must own and actively operate an HR company, recruitment agency, staffing firm, or HR/recruitment platform. Employment at such a business, or access to a third-party recruiting tool, does not by itself satisfy this requirement.
## Key Responsibilities
* **Define hiring needs:** Work with our team to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and recruitment timelines.
* **Source and engage candidates:** Use your professional network, business resources, platform capabilities, and other appropriate channels to identify and approach qualified talent.
* **Screen and recommend candidates:** Review profiles, conduct initial interviews, assess qualifications and interest, and submit suitable candidates with clear screening summaries.
* **Coordinate the hiring process:** Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, collect feedback, and support offer discussions and onboarding coordination as needed.
* **Manage search progress:** Maintain accurate candidate records, provide regular updates, and advise on talent availability, compensation expectations, and recruitment challenges.
## Experience and Professional Expectations
You should have a demonstrated track record of recruiting in the U.S. market, supported by an established candidate network or proven sourcing capabilities. You must be able to manage searches independently—from initial outreach through hiring—and support different role types according to our needs.
Professional English communication, dependable follow-through, and sound judgment are essential. You will be expected to protect candidate confidentiality and respect existing client commitments throughout the engagement.
## Working Arrangement
You will serve as our primary recruitment contact and remain personally accountable for the assignments you oversee. You may draw on your company’s team, infrastructure, and recruiting resources to support delivery.
Assignment scope, expected availability, timelines, deliverables, compensation, and engagement structure will be agreed upon before work begins.
## How to Apply
Please submit your résumé or professional profile, together with:
* **Location:** Your current U.S. city and state.
* **Business information:** Your company name, website or platform link, and a brief description of your ownership role and services.
* **Recruitment experience:** Your specialties and examples of relevant placements or completed searches, without disclosing confidential candidate or client information.
* **Availability and terms:** Your weekly availability, compensation expectations, and preferred engagement structure.
