Position Type:

• Part-time Customer Service. (Works 12 to 29 hours per week)

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Be available to open or close at least once Mon-Thu and at least once Fri-Sat
• Have the ability to lift and carry 20 lbs. on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
