Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and system-minded Organic Video Editor to join our core centralized Content Production collective in a full-time remote capacity open to qualified technical compilers resident within the Philippines, Indonesia, Poland, India, Ukraine, or the United Kingdom. Operating at the high-volume core of our organic visual marketing pipeline, you will step up to claim true individual operational accountability for assembling, rendering, and stabilizing high-throughput video sequences across our diverse brand channels. Shifting completely away from complex creative concepting, multi-party artistic brainstorming, slow manual tracking loops, or high-overhead bespoke motion graphics engineering, you will run an active visual processing lab—transforming raw synthetic footage streams into polished social-ready assets. This position requires an execution-focused media operator who structures timeline elements fluidly natively using Video Editor configurations, aligns vertical aspect ratios smoothly natively using Short Form (Reels/TikTok) export parameters, and commands structured standard operating procedures (SOPs) confidently under strict turnaround timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Visual Content Assembly: Ingest, splice, and assemble raw, synthetic video files generated via enterprise AI infrastructure platforms (such as Google Veo, Runway, and Pika) into cohesive organic marketing narratives cleanly natively utilizing Video Editor best practices.
• Strict Brand Template Governance: Follow established multi-tenant brand style matrices, asset guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) meticulously to preserve design and formatting consistency across hundreds of content variables.
• Dynamic Text and Caption Integration: Build, format, and embed automated captions, text overlays, call-to-action cards, and typographic transitions smoothly natively leveraging Short Form (Reels/TikTok) visual mechanics to maximize hook retention scores.
• Audio Integration and Asset Syncing: Layer, trim, and balance viral background music tracks, voiceover parameters, and situational sound effects to ensure seamless multi-channel video timing.
• Multi-Platform Rendering and Specifications: Export finished media files into precise file extensions, bitrate budgets, and mobile-first aspect ratios optimized directly for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Systemic Asset Infrastructure Management: Program, catalog, and manage bulk video files, master templates, and component footage logs within our cloud systems to ensure uncompromised database scannability.
• Pre-Export Error Isolation and Diagnostics: Audit video files rigorously prior to system upload, identifying frame mismatches, processing audio drops, or source clip corruption independently to prevent quality degradation.
• High-Velocity Feedback Iteration: Deliver pristine content variations continuously, focusing metrics around rapid execution turnaround times to compound the velocity of account testing tracks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional history running entry-level video editing operations, short-form digital content compilation, e-commerce ad creation, social media asset layout generation, or brand agency consulting.
• Expert-tier capability managing linear timelines, trimming multi-track sequences, and handling rendering queues natively utilizing Video Editor tools (explicitly requiring experience inside CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve platforms).
• Practical operational familiarity organizing vertical compositions, overlaying text elements, and configuring safe-zone boundaries natively using Short Form (Reels/TikTok) media parameters.
• Comfortable managing repetitive, highly process-driven task streams independently under a remote independent contractor structure without requiring constant creative direction.
