Nights Powder Coating Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 to $22.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 08:00pm to 06:00am )

• Prepare, hang, and remove metal parts throughout the powder coating process.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate production equipment and follow established safety procedures.
• Package completed parts and prepare them for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while supporting production goals.

Nights Powder Coating Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or powder coating experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 10 to 12-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
