Summary: Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as, Electric Motors, Hydraulic Pumps / Valves, Pneumatic / Hydraulic cylinders, Cranes, Automatic Saws, Conveyor / Belt systems and related repair equipment such as Welders, Oxy-Fuel Torches, Drill Presses, Machine Tools, Power Tools and a full range of Hand Tool
MVP navigation has a full year of completed PMs and WO without being coached.
Proficient at welding, prep, cutting torch, plasma, track burner.
Basic knowledge of table rebuilding, pan sections, troughing refractory repairs, snif.
Hydraulic basics hose repairs, valving, basic schematic knowledge.
Pneumatics basics hose rebuilds, threading pipe, dry air system.
Burner repair able to diagnose fuel oxygen ratios with meter.
Navigate stores checking out parts and knowing of critical spares.
Completion for level 2 NCCER training
