Choice isn’t optional. It’s everything.

In life. In health. In how we fight for our future. But somewhere along the way, medicine forgot that. Today’s system runs on one-size-fits-all answers and a cold “just take this” mentality. It’s efficient. It’s easy. It’s wrong.

EVEXIAS exists to blow that model wide open.

We’re pioneering a new way of doing things, and it starts by handing the decision back to the people who matter... you and your provider. TOGETHER, you choose treatments tailored to your whole self: mind, body, and spirit—including advanced, personalized hormone therapies designed to restore balance and vitality.

We go beyond surface symptoms to uncover the root cause, using today’s breakthroughs to ignite a transition of modern medicine…where insight runs deeper, care is pro-active, and connection is everything. We dig deeper. Treat smarter. And restore something even more powerful than health—your Freedom. This isn’t just healthcare. It’s your comeback story, and that story starts with a choice.

Get Well. Live Well.

Role Overview

  • Act as the primary subject matter expert, translating complex clinical concepts into compelling sales narratives.
  • Drive adoption of the sales technology stack, including CRM platforms and AI analytics, to support data-driven selling.
  • Utilize learning analytics and field data to assess effectiveness and design targeted coaching interventions.
  • Ensure all programs strictly adhere to regulatory compliance regarding supplements and medical devices.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs to align initiatives with business strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of dedicated training, coaching, or sales enablement experience.
  • Proven track record of designing technology-enhanced learning programs.
  • Advanced proficiency with digital presentation platforms and virtual session management.
  • Ability to travel for field training and national sales meetings.

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS administration.
  • Advanced Salesforce proficiency, including activity tracking and dashboard creation.
  • Operational experience with integrative medicine integration into conventional settings.
  • Strong project management skills using tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
