We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join a healthcare team. This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients while supporting day-to-day front office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Collect and verify patient information and insurance details
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with general administrative and front office duties
• Communicate with patients, providers, and other staff members
• Help maintain an organized and efficient front desk

Qualifications:

• Previous medical office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
• Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment
