Alabaster Healthcare is a small, independent, fee‑for‑service medical clinic with urgent care hours, seeking a Clinic Manager to maintain, improve, and expand the business. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a highly organized healthcare administrator who thrives in autonomy, enjoys building systems, and wants to partner closely with a founder to grow a practice with integrity and purpose. What doing a great job will look like Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. MUST be able to function independently. Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including administrative and clinical personnel. Ensure excellent patient service and satisfaction by addressing patient concerns and improving patient experience. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and optimize clinic services. Manage clinic budgets, including monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure financial health. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant standards. Oversee the use and maintenance of electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinic technologies. Represent the clinic at community events and build relationships with local healthcare providers and organizations. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote clinic services and attract new patients.
