Job Title: Network & Telecom Manager

We are looking for a leader with strong experience in both networking and telecommunications. This role requires a mix of people leadership and hands-on technical expertise, including managing onshore and offshore teams.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop internal staff, contractors, and offshore MSP teams.
• Set goals, manage workloads, and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee resource planning, development, and on-call processes.

Network & Telecom Operations

• Manage design, implementation, and daily operations of network and telecom infrastructure across all locations.
• Support routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, VoIP, and security technologies (Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, Infoblox, F5).
• Ensure high performance, resiliency, and proactive monitoring.

Project Delivery

• Plan and execute network and telecom projects on time and within budget.
• Work closely with Project Management, Security, and Application teams.
• Ensure quality delivery across internal and offshore teams.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage MSPs, carriers, and offshore partners with clear SLAs and strong governance.
• Participate in renewals, negotiations, and cost optimization efforts.
• Track vendor performance and drive improvements.

Governance & Compliance

• Follow ITIL-based change, incident, and problem management processes.
• Oversee RCA for major incidents and ensure strong documentation.
• Maintain audit readiness, security compliance, and reporting standards.
• Track and report key KPIs (availability, MTTR, SLA compliance, costs, project delivery).
