Maintenance Electrician Lebanon, PA

We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position works 2:00 PM 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and offers the opportunity to work in a stable, hands-on manufacturing environment.

This role is responsible for maintaining the facility's mechanical and electrical production equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving, and contributes to keeping operations running smoothly. The employee may also perform other related duties as needed to support the ongoing needs of the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Learn and utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), including asset management, inventory control, and work order tracking
• Perform facility maintenance to help ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment for all employees
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues using a multimeter/ammeter, including replacing components such as PCBs, sensors, switches, motors, PLC hardware, fuses, and heating elements
• Use equipment manuals, drawings, and diagrams to diagnose issues and complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Fabricate or modify parts and components using tools such as a lathe, milling machine, drill press, and related equipment
• Use calipers and other precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper fit
• Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams as needed to support production goals and minimize downtime
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and follow all company safety policies and procedures

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as part of a maintenance team in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Technical or military training, apprenticeship experience, or an AS/BS degree in a field related to mechanical or electrical technology, maintenance, or engineering
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as the flexibility to work any shift, holidays, and overtime as required
