As a Live Chat Agent at CSI Engineering USA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers through live chat to provide information, resolve inquiries, and address any issues.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Assisting customers with product or service-related questions and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent service delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role.
